Its obvious that there is not enough room to park your car there because of the mountain of snow. So why would you leave your car hanging out there like that? Plus Tractor/Trailers have to back in directly behind this car. So with your car parked like that it leaves little room to manuever a tractor/trailer. Especially when there is plenty of parking if your willing to walk a little farther.
