Two blocks from the beach in scarce free-parking area & he takes up 2 spaces. He leaves just enough space for dozens of drivers to attempt to park, but their time is wasted. Today is Friday & if memory serves me correctly, he will leave his car parked like this all weekend, depriving dozens of beachgoers the joy of free nearby beach parking. In the lot it costs 25 cents for 15 minutes with a 5-hour maximum. But the person driving this gas guzzler is too inconsiderate to care.
