My guess is the guy in the fire lane was there first. It's closer to the train station. He's also parked opposite the first guy you wrote about … playing follow the leader. The guy now parked on the line, figured if the fool next to him was parked in the fire lane, I’ll just take all the space out of my space (legally). So, the bottom line, is the guy in the fire lane, didn’t derive any benefit from parking where he did. If I was him, I’d look for door dings from the guy on his side, who might have parked this close in spite! BTW: What’s your problem with my doing this for fun? I’ve been taking 2-3 pictures each morning, and loading them into the web site in less than 3 minutes. Not a big deal. The crazy thing is it doesn’t take any work to find a few self-centered jerks, and call them on it. If I wanted to make a living of this, I could easily find 20-30 additional jerks. What an idea! Maybe I can talk to the local authorities and get a cut from every ticket I write. Sounds like the same scam that the red-light camera producers run, but lower overhead.

I have no problem with you doing this I've come to like this sight latly. It's like playing ping pong or tennis not much fun if you don't have anyone hitting the ball back to you. ;-)
