I rarely go there but we went by on a Saturday afternoon - in March - and it was packed. Like no parking anywhere packed. You'd think it was two days before Christmas.
The crazy part is that this looks like a part of the parking lot that has lines that are visible. Half of the parking lot at Penn Square has lines that are barely visible and criss-cross because they didn't remove the old lines before they painted new ones. We could fill up this site with citations from there. :(
